Although we focus on the cutting of very thin materials (0.005 mm), we also integrate fine laser cutting as well as the cutting of sheet metals with thicknesses of up to 12 mm. Our customers benefit here from the large range of materials of different quality we keep in store on site, as well as our competence in procuring other special materials – in small quantities when necessary – in the market.
The customer receives even more added value through the option of including punching technology when larger quantities or reshaping are required. In addition to this, complex requirements can be met in small and very large quantities.
Through the long tradition of making its own tools and adapting to the needs of many different customer groups, such as the aviation, aerospace, automotive and plant engineering industries, MARTIN® has maintained the ability to produce prototypes as well as large series.
In addition to components, the customer also receives advice on the construction of sub-assemblies and components involving many different manufacturing and joining methods.
