M-Tech^® and Laminum^®

Essentially, the source materials here are metallic precision tapes and metal films. In doing so, we are your highly flexible partner for demanding and simple solutions.

Thin metal foils and sheet metal parts can be used for a variety of purposes in all sectors of industry, including aviation and aerospace technology. With more than 50 years of experience, we have become a renowned supplier to German industry thanks in particular to the following skills and abilities:

M-Tech^®L: We manufacture parts for compensating tolerances from these laminated shim stocks. We are the only manufacturer of M-Tech®L raw materials in Germany.

Stamping and punching of thin materials: We can cleanly cut rustproof steels and other materials in thicknesses of less than 0.015 mm.

We make use of automatic stamping machines with 400 kN to 4000 kN, as well as nibble and laser technology. We process the raw materials in panel formats or from coils. If for some reason we cannot find something suitable from our large selection of materials with different thicknesses, we can procure special materials.

Thanks to our extensive range of plant and machinery, we can efficiently process lot sizes of between one and several hundred thousands. The scope of product functions can be expanded here with the help of various plastic films and self-adhesive coatings.
