Suction roll ring

Used in the extension arm of sheet-fed offset printing presses.
Complex connection part consisting of a housing (punched part) and plastic flange pressed in airtight.
Punched part made of very highly ductile,
rustproof steel strip.
This means considerable weight saving compared to solid parts.
Punched part and flange are glued airtight on the face.

Bearing bore and bearing surface machine processed:
- Evenness of the back surface < 0.020 mm
- Roundness of the bearing bore < 0.05 mm
