Drawing

Drawing refers to the deep-drawing of band steel and split strip.

The maximum height which the tools in our largest stamping machine can work on is approx. 180 mm.
The current module width is 200 mm, which corresponds to a maximum width of approx. 190 mm for the starting plate.

As no fixed step width in parts transportation is prescribed, there is no limit on the length of a component. The maximum band width of 300 mm is the main restriction for the possible width of parts.
We have a nominal press power of up to 4000 kN at our disposal.

The minimum nominal press power in the smaller parts and press sector is 400 kN.

Generally speaking, conventional drawing techniques are used for sheet forming.
